Pitch and spec development writing for Union Editorial
Wrote pitch materials, including a synopsis, for a dramatic limited series based on the New York Times best-selling novel “Did You Ever Have a Family” by Bill Clegg. The pitch was accepted by showrunner Amy Lippman (Party of Five, In Treatment, Masters of Sex) and is now set up at Sony Pictures Television, with Michelle Pfeiffer attached.
Developed a spec script for docuseries "Speech," about activism's influence on pop music. (Script: Episode 1: "Rivonia", featuring Kendrick Lamar on the profound impact Nelson Mandela and Tupac Shakur has had on his work.) Currently under development.
